Asa Tait

Asa Tait is the author of the inventive, new science-fiction fantasy, MEATSPACE!

Eternal life in a digital paradise if you can make rent. Jim Chord can’t.

He already sold off the last of his childhood memories. The love of his life has ghosted. He has nowhere left to run. So when a trillionaire goes missing, Jim has one last shot to find the disappeared magnate and earn his keep. The man appears to be dead, but that simply doesn’t happen. Not here. Not to someone with his resources. To find his answers, Jim will have to venture to the Outside - the grimy, blood-soaked physical world that he happily forgot, where nothing is free and death is very real.

Trapped in a body he doesn’t understand and pursued through ever-shifting city streets, Jim finds help with a working-class revolutionary and a lounge singer. But on the Outside, everyone has their own agenda, and nobody wants Jim to get closer to the truth. To solve this impossible crime, Jim must face the people, and physical sensations, he abandoned centuries ago. Because to discover the true cost of immortality he will have to look inside himself.

Asa is a writer, visual storyteller, and co-founder of Psychic Bunny, a Los Angeles -based creative house.

His recent work includes narrative for the Army’s Science and Technology Division, and directing the series “Ninjago: Decoded” for Cartoon Network. Asa lives in Hollywood with his wife, daughter, and a beagle named Lucy.

Mckayla Schneider

Mckayla Schneider is the author of the magical, new witch & wizardry saga, SUMMONED!

All ALTON wants is a magic tutor who lets him do magic. He needs to perfect his abilities in time for his final examinations so that he can pass and be a full-fledged wizard, free from the restrictions placed on novices.

When VICTOR ORVIUS offers Alton just such an opportunity, Alton takes it, no questions asked. He’s whisked off to a remote cottage on Victoria Island where Orvius lives alone, save for a few pet goats. The arrangement is strange enough, but what Alton doesn’t know is that his new digs come part-in-parcel with REAGAN, a sarcastic, metal-head with an ego that rivals his own.

Reagan is a talented witch but possesses none of Alton’s book smarts. Their magic, beliefs, and personalities clash until one day their dueling practice ends in bloodshed. Alton’s left thinking that Reagan’s pig-headedness and Orvius’ unorthodox teaching methods are his biggest

problems, until he discovers his lessons are a ruse and he and Reagan are being trained to go toe- to-toe with a dangerous demon.

Born in British Columbia but raised on Nova Scotia, Mckayla Eaton is a costal girl through and through. Unable to part with the ocean, she’s pursuing an English degree at the University of King’s College in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Taylor Simonds

Taylor Simmonds is the author of the epic, new super hero comic-book-fan-friendly-fantasy, COLLATERAL DAMAGE!

Despite her city’s best efforts to accomplish otherwise, Meg Sawyer is still alive. And hey, when you’re a powerless, seventeen-year-old, practically-homeless civilian living in a city protected by superheroes, that’s no easy feat. For the last ten years, Meg has had one goal: don’t become collateral damage in the near-daily battles of the aforementioned Supers. And for ten years, she’s managed to do just that. Sure, her minimum-wage job at the local coffee shop isn’t great, she can’t even leave her apartment without loading herself up with protective gear, and her car was just hijacked to throw at a supervillain (again), but she’s not dead yet.

But when Meg accidentally finds one of the superheroes murdered under extremely suspicious circumstances, her whole “innocent bystander” strategy falls apart. After being coerced by his determined girlfriend into a mission to help prevent the deaths of the remaining Supers, Meg finds herself forced to emerge from the background and be a hero for the first time in her life.

Taylor Simonds is an Orlando-based professional manuscript editor with Write My Wrongs Editing. Taylor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida, and previous staff writing credits include CollegeFashion.net and MuggleNet.com. When she’s not hunting down grammatical errors or reading comic books and calling it “research,” Taylor can be found almost exclusively at Disney World. Yeah, she’s THAT kind of Floridian.

A thorough geek, Taylor enjoys cosplaying, watching anime, buying fan art she’ll forget to hang up, and camping out for the next Marvel movie. Collateral Damageis her debut novel; the product of a dawning realization after years upon years of superhero fandom that although superheroes are cool, living next door to them would be decidedly not so.

Taylor does not have any kids or pets to mention, but she does have some pretty great friends whose house she likes to burst into announced, a lá Kramer. She resides in the peasant-village behind Magic Kingdom with her “To Be Read” pile and a large collection of unused sewing patterns.

Vicki-Ann Bush

Vicki-Ann Bush is the author of the haunting, new LGBTQ paranormal romp, ALEX McKENNA & THE GERANIUM DEATHS!

Alex is just a typical seventeen-year-old boy. Well, as typical as a transgender medium can be. To the world around him, seventeen-year-old Alex McKenna appears to be just like many of his peers. He comes from a traditional close-knit and feisty Italian family, and he couldn’t have found a more genuine girlfriend in Margaret. Occupying most of her time by his side, and sharing in their future plans for college. Alex’s life couldn't be any more normal.

That is, until Alex’s psychic ability to see and interact with the souls of those who have passed, take him on a journey very different than the average teen. With his ability growing stronger each day, Alex accepts his role as a communicator for the otherworld and finds himself investigating the circumstances of the deceased that contact him. Case by case, he searches for answers. Unraveling the reasons as to why a spirit has chosen to stay earthbound, sometimes leading him and Margaret into dangerous situations. If that wasn’t enough, Alex must also cope with his own private struggle of being a transgender male, and finding his place in the world.

Originally from New York, I currently reside in Nevada. Writing Young Adult paranormal, I find my inspiration from events that have been in my life for as long as I can remember. Inheriting my sensitivity to the supernatural from my family, they continue to be an endless source of vision.

Thank you, readers!! More announcements involving these spectacular titles and others coming soon!
